NO BLASTERS!: My TSA Encounter →
One MAJOR point here. This guy was entering the US & already in the country where his rights applied. Getting on a flight is completely different. The TSA sees this as a privilege & a choice therefore is doesn’t restrict your movement. Take a train or a boat. In this case it obviously restricted his free movement as a citizen. He had no alternative.
